The HR Head Who Failed… Or Did He?

Three months after raising funding, a founder hired an experienced HR Head.

“Finally,” he thought, “someone will fix our people problems.”

On Day One, the HR Head asked,
“Where’s the HR team?”
“There isn’t one.”

“What’s the hiring budget?”
“We’ll discuss later.”
